V International Municipal BRICS Forum Completed.
The V International Municipal BRICS Forum , which took place on November
9-10, 2023 at the ExpoForumConvention and Exhibition Center, came to an end in St. Petersburg. The general partners were the Moscow City Government and MelcomGroup of Companies. The Forum was supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo federal agency and the Government of St. Petersburg.
